TINT SHOP BIRMINGHAM LTD provides professional window tinting services for vehicles as detailed on our website. All services are subject to availability and are performed by our skilled technicians.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your £20 deposit. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We may, at our sole discretion, transfer your deposit to a new appointment time.

Any decision regarding the refund or transfer of a deposit is at the complete discretion of TINT SHOP BIRMINGHAM LTD management.

4. Payments

The full payment for the service, minus the initial deposit, is due upon completion of the work on your vehicle. We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed at our premises.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, TINT SHOP BIRMINGHAM LTD shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We will perform a vehicle inspection with you before work commences. Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the cost of the repair of the damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
